Project Objectives:
Creation of CSO-Government cooperation mechanisms for providing professional opinions on issues that affect at public life
Establish a CSO positioning model for addressing the issues with a strong impact on the environment starting with small HECs.
Raising the HECs problems at the national level and lobbying the government to review the existing permits and the request for a moratorium on the construction of the HECs for a period of three years
