Creation of a unified and comprehensive alternative monitoring methodology.
Creating an Open-Source WEB & GIS platform through which the monitoring data for 4 selected municipalities will be reported and published.
Organizations and activists apply large-scale alternative monitoring methodology by generating and uploading data to the online platform
