Main project achievements
Increased staff capacity in process of transparency and accountability. At least each directory once more understood the importance of transparency toward citizens and how to better report each product in website of the municipality as well as make use of mechanisms given by the law (Public meetings; Information Right and permanent commission within municipality)
Realization of a participatory process with input from each specialist. Approximately 25-30 persons were involved in the process of drafting the operational manual in each municipality.
Improved internal communication and cross-offices coordination and communication. By the end of the assignment the staff was opened toward sharing, input and dialog. The main motto has been how to put ideas into practice.
To increase the knowledge and skills of representatives of organizations / municipalities to lead and manage their organizations / municipalities.
